Older Cool Cars Don't Get Girls

So I have a 1997 BMW M3 that has been modified, suspension, wheels.... Looks cool to my eyes. I try to keep it looking good driving on the streets then I'll drive it to the ground at the track.

This generation of M3 is one of the greatest cars made, handling, power, design, looks. Every car guy appreciates this car. Today at the BMW dealership, I was picking up some parts. After leaving the building to return to my car I see a couple teenagers around 17 years old taking pictures of my car.

That was pretty cool experience, they were so impressed by the car! They said "nice car!" I responded by saying "Thanks!" The kid then said with such passion "No No Thank You."

I get this a few times, "nice ride" yada yadda. But never any real comments from women! Hopefully there will be girls be into my car, not that I'm looking for the attention. But it would feel pretty good.

Hard At Work

So for the past 3 months I have been working harder than I ever had at work. I'm working 14+ hours a day. I've worked so much that they are forcing me to take at least a week vacation. I would rather not work that much, but I'm on to something.

I am continuously getting new jobs, more than I can possibly do. It's a sign that they respect my work and value it. People depend on my work. I'll work hard at it, that's all I can do. I want to always strive for the best. I learned this from my parent's. They worked harder than I will ever know. Nothing can be hard. Just work smarter.

I also talked to the person who may give me an assignment in Japan. This would be a giant leap in my career. I would go train and learn a new skill no one else has. It will also give a good exercise in Japanese. This possible experience will build professional and personal relationships that will beneficial to me.

I have an ambition. It is to work with quality and passion. Maybe I'll be president one day :).

What to remember is:

I work to live, not live to work!
